Repertoire
The Gwalia have been giving Concerts and performing at Corporate events of all sizes, weddings, charity events and small private functions for almost 50 years. In that time we have developed a very broad repertoire with some surprising pieces that will not only move but also delight and sometimes even amuse your guests. Whether you wish to entertain clients or to inspire your colleagues and friends, we can provide a varied and flexible programme of pieces which will ensure that your event stays in the memory long after the final chorus has faded away.
In addition to a variety of Welsh numbers we also perform in Italian, German and several other languages - including English.
We perform songs from musicals, operatic pieces, contemporary classics, traditional Welsh hymns and folk tunes as well as popular hits. We are also happy to discuss individual pieces for particular clients, subject to a satisfactory musical arrangement being available.
Rehearsals are held on Wednesdays 7:00pm at the London Welsh Centre, 157 Grays Inn Rd, WC1X 8UE
