Beautiful Day - Cobham

The choir recently travelled to the beautiful St. Andrew’s Church, Cobham for the wedding of Matthew Barnes and Charlotte Smith. The choir warmed-up the 150+ guests before the bride arrived, then led the congregation through the hymns etc. The Gwalia’s Barry Jones was in seventh-heaven when he found out the bride’s Grandfather was none other than the famous Welsh footballer Terry Medwin, who was the last person to score a Welsh goal in a major tournament [1958 World Cup], until the recent Gareth Bale. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terry_Medwin
