Horton Kirby

Once again our bi-annual trip to St Mary’s Church in Horton Kirby, Kent, was well received by a generous audience. Old friendships were once again renewed, and a substantial sum was raised for the on-going maintenance of the church.

As usual, the programme for Horton Kirby included a couple of interesting solo performances. This year it was a wonderful piano recital from Chris Duckett, which really enthused the audience. Later on, this was followed by an equally inspiring piano duet with Chris and Wyn Hyland. The audience showed continual appreciation, even well after the concert had finished. 

It’s a long way to Kent on a Sunday, so congratulations to everyone who made the journey.
